Exploring painting, colour and wellbeing

A six week art workshop exploring painting, colour and wellbeing which was run at The Grange Day Centre, Beresford House. The workshop was for beginners but all abilities were welcome.

Beresford House is a social centre for Spelthorne people (aged 18-65 at referral) with mental health problems. It holds therapeutic classes in art, dressmaking, woodwork, crafts and relaxation. Two minibuses are used for daily transport and regular outings. These activities are funded by their charity shop.
